From M20
Leave the M20 at Junction 10
Exit J10 along the A2070 (marked Brenzett & Hastings)
Follow this road, going across the 1st roundabout.
At the 2nd roundabout, take the 1st exit. (marked park Farm Est)
Go straight over the next roundabout (Ashford Rd)
Keep following this road (passing The Queens Head on your right, then the cricket club on your left)
The Homelands is on the left hand side



. There are no bus services within the time frame, and no local bus stops




 The local train station is Ashford International 4 miles away (Taxi's park outside the station)






 There is plenty of car parking though
