Last night my assistant (Rebecca P) and I went to watch the first team train. As usual the midweek training was held at Mote Park, Maidstone, and we stayed approximately an hour.

During this time the team engaged in fitness training and tactics and was led by both MArk Patterson and Steve Lovell.
