Following yesterdays court case, all interested parties were asked to submit sealed bids.

After the time limit expired it emerged Tony Betteridge' bid had been accepted.

Following this decision, an immediate appeal was lodged.

This appeal was heard today and has failed, leaving Mr Betteridge as owner of Ashford Town Fc.

While the decision was subject to appeal the decision was taken to close the ATFC forum, this was to ensure most of all, that the Admin and Moderators covered their own backsides.

Both Don Crosbie and Tony Betteridge, have been asked to provide statements.
