Steve Lovell : Manager: Steve became the new manager at the beginning of November 2007. In his playing days he was a prolific goalscorer with Millwall and then Gillingham. Other league clubs include Crystal Palace, Stockport and Bournemouth. He has been manager of "The Bourne" (2x), Gravesend & Northfleet and Hastings United.

Hugo Langton: Assistant Manager: Joined the Nuts and Bolts as assistant to Steve in early October 2008. The up and coming coach was previously in charge of Rusthall and led Holmesdale to the summit of the Kent League.
